Daily Traffic to YouTube and Other Video-Sharing Sites Almost Doubles in a Year
Watching and sharing online videos becoming more popular with wired adults.
That growth is largely driven by wired adults under 50. Thirty percent of adults between 18 and 29 who have Internet access visit a video-sharing site on a typical day, up from 15 percent last year.
The report says this growth links to the much bigger story: All types of websites—not just Web 2.0 sites—are quickly ramping up their video offerings.
