Sorry We Don't Support That

With Microsoft about to end support for Windows XP, what would happen if other industries did the same?

The most frustrating reply from a customer service representative has to be: "Sorry we don't support that anymore." Whhattttt??? It is right up there with those car salesmen who say, "What can I do to get you in this new car today?"

It is just maddening to have a question about your operating system only to have an operator continually say to you that he can only help you if you upgrade. So this got me wondering, what would it be like if other industries followed suit.
