Yeh developed and implemented a Six Sigma process improvement strategy for Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems sector's IT department. Under his leadership as the Six Sigma champion, 46 IT projects were completed with a net benefit of $22.9 million, which exceeded all financial and training goals.
