SuperShuttle
- Project Description: SuperShuttle, which provides transportation to and from airports, took advantage of the GPS capability of mobile phones to enable the dispatch of the closest available driver to each job. Drivers have the ability to accept or reject assignments, view passenger pickup or drop-off details, look up directions, and record expenses, among other functions. The application can be used offline when necessary data that cannot be sent when a user is outside his network coverage is queued and automatically transmitted when a connection is detected.
