The system has transformed a complex and repetitive process into a managed workflow that allows many users to collaborate efficiently. In addition to standardizing information capture and unifying processes across 77 locations in 23 states, the system has eliminated unnecessary usage of paper, e-mails and faxes, reducing costs and communication errors.
