Each employee has an IBM Cognos dashboard that is integrated with ARDEC's existing SAP system to display key metrics for individual projects. Missed metrics are immediately uncovered and corrected, allowing more time for value-added activities. The system is expected to save an estimated $265,000 a year and increase user productivity by 146 percent.
