The system covers accounting, warehouse operations, customer portals and transportation planning and tracking, enabling the company to process orders and deliver wine to over 9,000 clients throughout California. Vin Lux reports shipping accuracy of 99.5 percent, reducing customer credits by 17 percent, among other benefits.
