Omron HBF-516 Scale: First, Face Down the Consequences

The holidays are over, but your body is probably still testament to all those "I'll start my diet after New Year's" cookies. With the HBF-516 scale, you can see just what the damage is. It calculates weight, sure, but it also tells you such information as body mass index, muscle percentage, and resting metabolism. Taken together, the information may help you better track real fat loss, as opposed to water weight loss. It also stores your starting point for each measurement, which you can manually record to see progress over time.
