Some Virgin Media customers have experienced broadband and email problems as the internet service provider works to fix a large fault in its network. Virgin Media told Broadband Genie that engineers are working on it as a “high priority”: it is a backbone issue which means many customers will be fine, as it depends on how they are being routed around the system. The spokesperson said: “Some of our customers are currently experiencing intermittent service problems caused by power fluctuations at one of our facilities.
