Julia Raue, CIO at Air New Zealand, is now non-executive director at TVNZ.\nGeoff Thorn is the new CEO of the New Zealand Telecommunications Forum (TCF) and will start in the role next week. He succeeds David Stone to the position. Thorn was most recently General Manager of the Parliamentary Service.\nTelecom executive Hugh McKellar is joining financial technology company Finzsoft Solutions to take on the newly created role of chief operating officer in early September.\nMcKellar is currently head of marketing for Telecom\u2019s Gen-i division.
