Julia Raue, CIO at Air New Zealand, is now non-executive director at TVNZ.

Geoff Thorn is the new CEO of the New Zealand Telecommunications Forum (TCF) and will start in the role next week. He succeeds David Stone to the position. Thorn was most recently General Manager of the Parliamentary Service.

Telecom executive Hugh McKellar is joining financial technology company Finzsoft Solutions to take on the newly created role of chief operating officer in early September.

McKellar is currently head of marketing for Telecom’s Gen-i division. He has been with Telecom for 12 years and his roles included commerce and mobile data services manager, head of emerging business marketing and head of online.

“I’ve always been interested in the transaction flow, how software can transform customer experiences and the efficiency that this can bring,” says McKellar. “Fintech is about businesses wanting to be where their customer’s customers’ are, and very few companies do what Finzsoft does in this space.”

Diners Club International has signed an agreement with Serko for the use of its Incharge online expense management tool.

John McCann, Diners Club regional managing director, Asia Pacific, says Serko Incharge will be offered to Diners Club franchisees throughout the region.

Derek Gaeth is now CTO at Hitech Solutions.

Nobuo Miyagi is now head of business development at SATO Holdings, which provides barcode printing, labeling, and EPC/RFID systems.
