The Catholic Education Office of Western Australia is seeking a chief information officer to begin as soon as possible. The CIO will play an integral strategic role in the organisation’s state-wide education system and will lead the organisation’s information and communication technology team and driving key strategic initiatives and synergies across the department’s 158 Catholic schools. The CIO must lead student engagement through technology and information management and will work closely with leaders from the Catholic Education Office and Catholic schools to enhance the delivery of an effective, efficient and innovative ICT environment. The duration for the fixed-term contract is five years. Applicants must support the objectives and ethos of Catholic education. Applications close 5pm, 25 June, 2012.
