He teaches post-graduate and doctoral courses in Alliance Management, Strategic Networks and Corporate Strategy and leads IIM-B executive programs on Strategic Issues in Alliances, Acquisitions, Negotiations, Strategic Leadership of IT companies and Business Management Program for Media and Entertainment Industry. He was a visiting scholar at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University (1990-1991) where he engaged in research in strategy making in IT companies.
