The six key components in the process of digital transformation: strategy, customer decision journey, process automation, organization, technology, and data analytics.

Mathur, transformation evangelist from Sify Technologies delivered a one-hour long crash course to select CIO’s, on digital innovation and transformation for organisations. He spoke about implementation as well as planning.

Mathur walked them through the six components in the process of digital transformation: Strategy, customer decision journey, process automation, organization, technology, and data analytics. He advised the CIOs on key points to ensure smooth transition as well 100 percent results.

“Look out for what value you are building for the end customers and what innovation you are bringing in to create that valuation, deep dive analysis and data of the customer buying pattern. We should be thinking at least two to five years ahead. We should be not looking at what customers need now but what the demand would be five years down the line. Innovation should be focused on that,” said Mathur.
