Whether transformation drives innovation or vice-versa has always remained a question, but disrupting technologies are constant. Kamal Nath, CEO of Sify Technologies, at CIO100 2017 addresses all the CIOs about ways they can deal with the disrupting technologies.

Nath specifies the definition of digitalization in the simplest terms: “Digitalization is when consumers can get connected to services without any mediator. The sole objective of digitalization is to enhance customer experience.” Nath says India has shown great interest in digitalization by initiating projects like Aadhaar, GST network and Paytm.
