Oracle Taleo

Taleo began as a database vendor focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and compensation management. The firm was acquired by Oracle and rebranded as Oracle Taleo Cloud Service, but it still offers a cloud-based talent management platform designed to help businesses recruit and hire the right talent, improve performance and ensure workers are compensated appropriately.


SuccessFactors provides a recruit-to-retire service across all talent processes, and comprehensive content such as skills and competency libraries, job descriptions, goal catalogs, as well as legal and coaching content. In addition to content, SuccessFactors Talent Solutions offer a foundational set of capabilities, including Talent Insights, Talent Search, Basic Jam, Job Profile Builder and SuccessFactors Presentations – all to help businesses achieve better results from their existing and potential talent.

Oracle PeopleSoft

Oracle’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management offers businesses a way to proactively manage every aspect of human capital – from recruiting and hiring to forecasting future workforce needs to enhancing productivity. The platform includes modules for workforce management, labor rules and monitoring and services delivery.
