LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn’s Recruiter service is designed to help companies and recruiters expand their search for talent beyond their personal networks. In addition to building, tracking and managing talent pools, LinkedIn allows for collaboration between hiring teams. There are two options: Recruiter Lite and Recruiter Corporate, both of which allow access to a mobile application. Pricing starts at $99.95 per month. CareerBuilder for Employers CareerBuilder for Employers provides access to the site’s database of candidates, as well as offering screening tools and even materials for training and education. There are also tools designed to help hiring managers and recruiters better define their audience and target top talent. Pricing is based per job posting, and starts at $419. The comprehensive solution features job postings, ATS, candidate assessments, direct sourcing, analytics and even a platform for candidate feedback on the process. The solution includes a mobile app, and is free for the basic solution. Premium options include analytics and upgraded levels of support; pricing for the premium options varies by job posting. HootSuite HootSuite is a social media monitoring tool designed to help recruiters and hiring managers monitor and control social media streams. The service allows you to manage your social media streams from Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+, and schedule message streams and blasts. The service also includes geo-targeting capabilities to reach audiences in specific locations. HootSuite offers an iOS and iPad app as well as an Android application. The user-targeted solution is free; pricing for businesses starts at $8.99 per month. iCIMS iCIMS is an ATS and HR management suite that handles everything from sourcing to recruitment marketing to applicant tracking and onboarding from within one pure SaaS, Web-based application and is available via any Web browser, even on a mobile device. ICIMS also integrates with HRIS, ERP, payroll and other solutions. Pricing starts at $299 per month. BambooHR BambooHR is an online and mobile SaaS-delivered HR service that also incorporates some features of sourcing applications. BambooHR includes applicant tracking and a number of collaboration features to help businesses make the best hires more quickly. Pricing starts at $299 per month. JobDiva JobDiva is a recruiting and staffing application delivered via a SaaS model. In addition to talent management and an applicant tracking system, JobDiva includes CRM and financial management capabilities. Pricing is based on number of users, and customers can access a free iOS or Android app. getTalent Recently acquired by Dice.com, getTalent is a software tool that lets recruiters add a plug-in to their job listings and recruiting pages so candidates can join a career community. The idea is to keep candidates engaged, even if their skills and experience aren’t a fit for current job openings. The solution is currently available via invitation only, but interested parties can sign up for access at the company’s site. WePow Recruiter WePow is a sourcing, talent-management and recruiting app that includes the capability to perform video interviewing of candidates. The app also includes collaboration tools to facilitate better communication between recruiters and hiring managers. There are free iOS applications for both recruiter and candidate users available via Apple’s App Store. Talent X-ray Talent X-ray is CareerCloud’s new mobile sourcing application. The application allows for unlimited keyword searches of LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ — but doesn’t offer Facebook integration yet — for candidates without logging in to those platforms. The app costs $2.99 and is available for Android and iOS devices.
