McCree Lake is a senior manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice and has over a decade of experience advising C-level executives on innovation, talent and performance, and technology strategy. He has experience across several industries, including financial services, healthcare and education.

McCree has led strategy and transformation projects with a focus on corporate core sourcing and operating model, organization design and workforce strategy, as well as complex IT systems deployment. He aims to consistently bring the right balance of managing strategic intent and executing change to support leaders in evaluating and building the right capabilities that create sustained value and business performance in the new digital economy.

McCree is fluent in Portuguese with extensive international experience and has spoken at events for organizations including CIO magazine, Network World and CSO magazine on IT strategy, leadership and enabling change. In 2014, he was selected by GeorgiaTrend magazine as one of Georgia’s 40 rising stars under 40.

McCree holds an MBA, a master of information systems (MSIS) degree, and bachelor's degree in education from Kennesaw State University in northwest Atlanta, Georgia. In his spare time, McCree loves traveling internationally to new destinations and pushing himself to try new things. He is active in the Brazilian and Latin American communities in Atlanta.
