Yup, you can speed up your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in just 10 seconds with this tip. If you’ve ever wanted a quick way to get significantly better performance from your iOS device, this is it. How to clear your iOS device’s RAM in ten seconds Here’s how you can clear your iOS device’s RAM: 1. Make sure that your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is unlocked. 2. Press the power button until the “Slide to Power Off” screen appears. 3. Press the Home button for five seconds. 4. Your iOS device’s RAM will be cleared and you will be returned to your applications screen. That’s about as easy and fast a way as I’ve ever found to speed up my iPhone. I tested it on my iPhone 6s and it worked quite well. I had no idea I could clear my phone’s RAM so quickly. Wow, talk about a useful tip. Don’t forget to unlock your iOS device before clearing its RAM As I noted in the instructions, make sure your iOS device is unlocked. I forgot this when I first tried to use this tip, and I ended up having Siri pop up a couple of times. I didn’t realize what was going on until I thought about it for a second. Oops! Talk about a goof on my part. I couldn’t figure out why Siri kept annoying me by showing up. I thought the tip didn’t work or something, but once I unlocked my iPhone 6s I had no problem clearing its RAM.
