New York City’s Deputy CIO, Larry Knafo, is leaving his post on February 24, 2006, according to Government Technology. He is joining Cisco. The Big Apple’s former CIO, Gino Menchini, announced that he would be leaving his post last December. Chuck Siemon joined Whole Health Management, which operates corporate health clinics, as its CIO. He comes to the Cleveland, Ohio-based company from Progressive Insurance. Prior to that, he helped build Kaiser Permanente’s computerized medical records system as its chief systems architect.
