Just hours after CIO reported that Sprint Nextel had filed suit against 1st Source Information Specialist for fraudulently obtaining and selling the company’s call records, Sprint has filed an additional suit against another Fla.-based company, All Star Investigations, Reuters reports.

Sprint alleges that All Star owns or operates websites that obtained and sold its customers call records through deceit and misrepresentation, such as detectiveusa.com, miamiprotection.com and privatedetectiveusa.com.

“We don’t do that service,” said Anthony Gonzales, who identified himself as a company manager when Reuters contacted him.  He said All Star performs basic investigations, like background checks, and does not sell call records.
