RIM Comes Out on Top in German Patent Court

On Monday, Research In Motion said that a federal patent court in Germany ruled against InPro, a patent-holding company that brought an infringement suit against RIM, Reuters reports.

The federal court in Germany found that all patent claims brought against RIM were invalid.

InPro has the right to appeal the decision.
