Date for BlackBerry Hearing Set

On Wednesday, a federal judge said February 24 is the date he will consider an injunction that could cease all BlackBerry sales and service in the U.S., eWeek reports.

The Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal from BlackBerry maker, Research In Motion, on Monday.
