The backers of the company are bragging that their instant communications and collaboration product is going to revolutionize business communications by using the Internet to “help businesspeople get in touch instantaneously in groups of two or more, bridging a multitude of devices and communications platforms.”Adding some spice to the mix is that Microsoft is entering this space as well.
