Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer will get no special treatment this year when it comes to procuring his family an Xbox 360 game console, Reuters reports.“The Ballmer children do not have their Xbox 360 yet,” Ballmer said. “Thanks to the wonders of Sarbanes-Oxley, management does not get a free Xbox.”Financial disclosure rules entail that Microsoft would have to classify the free system, which bares a $400 price tag, as income for Ballmer.
