World Wants to Loosen U.S. Grip on Internet

The subject of U.S. controlled domain names of the worldwide web will be the crucial issue at a United Nations summit meeting taking place this week. The New York Times reports that many of the world’s nations argue that the Internet is an international resource and should governed by one centralized world body.
