Nokia will purchase the U.S. network deployment operations of LCC International, a designer and provider of wireless networks, in a deal that is expected to close within 45 days, LCC said on Monday, Reuters reports.

LCC will keep its pre-closing billed accounts receivable and its pre-closing accounts payable pertaining to the network deployment operations, including civil works and site acquisition services, according to Reuters.

The purchase will affect some 80 LCC staffers, and many will be offered positions at Nokia, Reuters reports.
