CA International, one of the world’s leading information technology management software firms, on Monday announced that Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Robert Davis, 47, is stepping down, according to a May 15 press release.

Davis’ resignation marks the third departure by a top CA executive in a month’s time, Bloomberg reports. Former CA Chief Operating Officer Jeff Clarke and former head of technology operations Mark Barrenechea also recently left the company, according to Bloomberg.

Davis will remain on duty “for a short period of time” to help with the transition, and company Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller Robert Cirabisi, 42, will step in as temporary CFO until a replacement is selected, according to the release.

Davis came to CA in 2005 from Dell, and Cirabisi joined the company in 2000 as U.S. controller.
