The U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued its annual memorandum to federal agencies on Monday, reminding them to address a few additions to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) when filing their annual FISMA reports, Government Computer News (GCN) reports.

Within the memorandum, OMB reminded agencies that they need to include information on their personal identification information security and privacy policies along with their FISMA reports, according to GCN. Results from audits of agencies’ infosecurity and privacy practices will need to be submitted along with the FISMA reports, as well as information on any losses of sensitive personal identification data, GCN reports.

Agency inspectors general were also asked to provide lists of any systems that were unaccounted for, according to GCN.
