Microsoft’s Windows Vista Beta (Not) Publicly Available

So you’ve probably heard by now.  Today Microsoft released the beta version of its upcoming operating system, Vista, to the general public.

Only problem is, you can’t download it.

Microsoft’s Vista beta download page reads:

“Thank you for your interest in Windows Vista Beta 2.

“We are currently experiencing a high level of demand and cannot process your request at this time.

“Please check back later for availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
