Belkin has unveiled its range of new wireless devices based on the draft standard for next-generation wireless networking, 802.11n.

The new product range is called NI MIMO Wireless Networking and is backward compatible with 802.11b and 802.11g networking equipment. The company calls its equipment the “best wireless kit you will see this year,” and promises easy setup and management.

Icons on front of the unit show security settings, modem and router functions, and Internet access, along with the status of computers on the network.

The products will ship in the United Kingdom this month; final pricing remains to be announced.
