Mentat Technologies released the DreamCoder for Oracle Free Edition, a complete Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that the company says allows users to develop and manage Oracle databases, to build and execute queries and scripts, to compile code, and to create, modify or monitor databases. The free software is, according to the company, suitable both for advanced Oracle developers and for newbies in this domain.Among its highlighted features are a SQL/PLSQL editor, object navigator and session monitor.
