Katie Graham is a principal with Heidrick & Struggles based in the Chicago and San Francisco offices with over ten years of experience in executive search. Ms. Graham is a key member of the Chief Information Officer Practice. She works with Global Fortune 500 companies across all industry sectors building their IT leadership teams at the most senior levels. Katie spends most of her time meeting, building and managing the talent network within the Global CIO Practice and CIO Community. Ms. Graham joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2000 and spent the first two years co-running the Global Chief Information Practice. Since joining Heidrick & Struggles, she has conducted many Global Fortune 1000 CIO searches in media and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, communications, technology and financial services industries. Ms. Graham’s prior search experience includes five years with A.T. Kearney Executive Search in both Chicago and San Francisco offices. She specialized in recruiting senior executives across all functional areas for high technology firms both in start-up and Fortune 1000 businesses. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Marquette University, and studied abroad at Loyola University Rome Center in Italy.
