Multinational Presence INDIA EDGE CHINA India’s share of multinational (IBM, Accenture, EDS) headcount devoted to offshore work has decreased by 9.5 percent in the past two years. China’s share of multinational (IBM, Accenture, EDS) headcount devoted to offshore work has decreased by 15 percent in the past two years. Geek Quotient INDIA EDGE CHINA Approximately 170,000 four-year bachelor’s degrees in engineering, computer science and IT (400,000 including subbaccalaureate degrees). More than 500,000 four-year bachelor’s degrees in engineering, computer science and IT (but the accuracy of these Ministry of Education numbers has been called into question).
