Anthony Draye joined Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging as its CIO.  He works out of the Encino, Calif.-based company’s office in Seattle, which is where his previous employer, Boeing, is based. At Boeing, Draye was a software engineer.  When not occupied with his full-time gig, Draye works with Ghana’s national health care service developing software for managing drug supplies and patient records, installing computers and PDAs in rural health clinics and teaching computer literacy classes to doctors, nurses and health administrators.  He’s worked with Ghana Health Servicefor four years. 

Speaking of good will, Phil Albanese has accepted a job as the new CIO for the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena, Calif., according to a story in the La Canada Valley Sun.

Amalgamated Life, an insurance company based in NYC, hired Raghubar Singh as its new VP and CIO.

George Haynes was promoted to CIO of Northrop Grumman’s Technical Services sector in Herndon, Va. Haynes joined Northrop Grumman in 1985 and most recently served as information technology program manager at the company’s Electronic Systems sector.
