New CIOs at Comcast, KePRO and more

Comcast Cable hired a former AOL exec as its new CIO. Andrew Baer will oversee the integration of Time Warner’s and Adelphia Cable’s information technology departments with Comcast in addition to developing the company’s IT strategy and managing all corporate systems.  He reports to Dave Scott, Comcast’s EVP of finance and administration. Baer most recently served as AOL’s vice president of business platform services.  Over the course of his 20 year career in IT, he worked for Verestar as its CIO and for Verizon as its vice president of customer care systems. 

Baljit Dail has assumed additional responsibilities at insurance provider Aon Corp. The Executive Vice President and Global Chief Administrative officer for Aon Consulting now also serves as global CIO, in charge of IT across Aon.  He continues to report to Aon Consulting’s CEO, Andrew Appel. Dail joined Aon Consulting in 2005.

Christopher Bouvier joined Keystone Peer Review Organization Inc. (KePRO) as its CIO. The Harrisburg, Pa.-based Medical management company hired Bouvier for his experience with change management and organizational transformation.  He most recently worked for Amerigroup Corp. where he was responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure.  

Bisys Alternative Investment Services welcomed Patrick Prill to its management team.  Prill, who was hired as an executive vice president, is responsible for hedge fund administration operations in the New Jersey, Cayman Islands and San Francisco offices.  He reports to Bisys’s president, Bill Neville. Prill most recently served as CIO of Soros Fund Management’s hedge fund and private equity businesses. A 23-year veteran of the financial services industry, he also previously served as Tiger Management’s managing director of operations and systems and as a principal at Morgan Stanley.
