Plus: New CIOs at CommonHealth and The National Archives Cisco Systems promoted Rebecca Jacoby from vice president of customer service and operational systems to SVP and CIO. Reporting to Randy Pond, Cisco’s SVP of operations, processes and systems, Jacoby will oversee a global staff of 1800 employees. The 11-year veteran of the San Jose, Calif.-based company previously served as Cisco’s VP of manufacturing. Laurence Moran was named VP and CIO of the healthcare advertising company CommonHealth. He most recently served as SVP of communication services and technical execution for Solara, one of the agencies in CommonHealth’s network. Martha Morphy was promoted to CIO at the National Archives and Records Administration. She most recently worked in the Office of Records Services supporting the National Archives’ digitization efforts. Morphy joined the agency seven years ago as a software architect. She later served as the director of the systems development division in charge of IT project management and as the director of IT policy and administration.
