Mary Lynne Perushek and Richard Ross are both starting new jobs on November 6.  Perushek, 48, is leaving her post as VP of global information technology at the H.B. Fuller Co. to join filtration systems provider Donaldson Company as its VP and CIO.  She replaces Charles McMurray in her new position; McMurray, 52, is moving into a new role as SVP of industrial products, technology and South Africa.

Ross, meanwhile, was hired as EVP and CIO of student loan provider The First Marblehead Corp.   He will report to Anne Bowen, First Marblehead’s chief administrative officer.  Ross is a 21-year-veteran of State Street Corp. He most recently served as the financial services company’s SVP and senior director of operations information services.

Congratulations to Adley Francois, who is taking on his first CIO post in December.  Francois, 30, currently serves as IT director at HEW Federal Credit Union in Alexandria, Va. On December 4th, he starts a new job with First Financial Federal Credit Union in Wall, N.J. as its CIO.  In his new role, Francois will be responsible for an e-banking initiative, systems integration, compliance and security.
