From the department of sobering news: On Thursday, March 23, upholstery maker Quaker Fabric fired its vice president and CIO, Norman Sturdevant, as well as its vice president of supply chain management, Mark Hellwig.  The company offered no reason for these terminations in the 8-K filing it registered with the SEC or in a press release.  Paul Kelly, Quaker’s VP of finance and CFO, has taken on Sturdevant’s responsibilities.
