Time for Dan Sheehan to make the donuts. I just found out that he joined Dunkin’ Brands, the Allied Domecq business that runs Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo’s, as its new VP and CIO. Mmmm…donuts. He most recently worked for Windsor, Conn.-based direct mail company Advo as its CIO. Carl Urbania was promoted to SVP and corporate CIO at The Thomson Corp. He most recently seved as SVP and CTO for Thomson Learning. In his new position, Urbania, who’s 63, reports to Michael Wilens (pictured at left), Thomson’s EVP and corporate chief technology and operations officer. Urbania has worked for Thompson for 1997. Previously, he worked for Time Inc. and John Wiley & Sons. U.S. Bancorp subsidiary Nova Information Systems named Christopher Kenyon EVP and GM of its First Horizon Merchant Services division. Kenyon, who’s worked for First Horizon since 1996, most recently served as its CIO. In his new role, he reports to Stuart Harvey, president of Nova Information Systems.
