Federal Computer Week reports that the National Archives promoted its CIO, Reynolds Cahoon, to senior advisor on electronic records. Taking over Cahoon’s CIO duties is Martha Morphy, the director of information resources policy and projects. Earlier this month, Secured Funding hired Joe Lindsay as its CIO. He joined the Costa Mesa, Calif.-based mortgage provider from QS Labs, where he served as president and CTO. He’s been put in charge of helping to turnaround the company by “streamlining IT resources” and by developing a technology strategy, according to the press release announcing his hire. Hunter most recently worked for R.R. Donnelly as VP of Technical Services. Previously, he held IT management positions with Nestle Waters and PepsiCo.
