Glendon Schuster joined managed healthcare provider Centene as vice president and CIO.  He reports to Chairman and CEO Michael F. Neidorff. He comes to Centene from Accenture, where he had worked since 1993.

Russ Rausch will rejoin Trading Technologies International as its EVP of global support and CIO on January 1, 2006.  He’s been working for Calyon Financial as head of its electronic brokerage in North America.  Rausch previously worked for Trading Technologies as its EVP of global support and services before moving over to Calyon Financial when Calyon began licensing software from Trading Technologies.

Technology provider Enamics hired a former Bristol-Myers Squibb CIO as its EVP and chief customer officer. Jack Cooper represents the voice of the Enamics customer in the areas of product development, solution delivery and sales.  While at Bristol-Myers Squibb, which he left in 2002, Cooper led an ERP implementation. Prior to the pharmaceutical company, he was CIO of Seagram Company.

I may not have a chance to post tomorrow because I have a big story on e-commerce (which you’ll be able to read in the March 1, 2006 issue) due.
