Yen-Ping Shan will start a new job at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as CIO and senior vice president of engineering and development on November 30. He will lead the Dayton, Ohio-based company’s product engineering, development and IT organizations. Shan joins Reynolds from Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he was vice president of product development for the Employer Services Division.  Shan received a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University

Carl D. Reis got the green flag at Grand Prix Speedways.  He recently joined the operator of indoor kart racing tracks as CIO.  Before joining Grand Prix Speedways, Reis was president of Multi Media Productions, an events production company, and for the last 10 years, he was a technology and business process consultant serving organizations in the St. Louis, Mo.-area.
