Remember that CIO I wrote about on October 21, Steven Brigham?  He was the CIO of boot-maker Timberland.  Today he officially joins Brookstone, the company that has given us high tech massage chairs and talking meat thermometers (and who doesn’t need a talking meat thermometer? ; ) ), as its CIO and head of distribution and logistics.  Best wishes to you, Steven, in your new role.

Remember that other CIO I also wrote about last week, Richard Rzasa?  A PR person for TD Waterhouse confirmed for me today that he’s still working for the brokerage as CIO but will not be with TD Ameritrade once the Ameritrade’s acquisition of TD closes, which is expected to happen in January 2006.

The Miami Herald reports today that one-time Health Choice Network CIO Kevin Kearns has been appointed president and COO of the organization.
