In a press release, Henshaw’s boss spoke of the new CIO’s accomplishments: “John has been a key player in the formation of the Verizon Wireless IT organization since we launched the business five years ago and has helped build an information systems infrastructure that is market-driven and focused on delivering a superior customer experience.”
