Thomas A. Fisher joined PRC, a provider of CRM services, last week, replacing Tina Rourk.  He comes to the Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company from The Hudson Highland Group where he was a managing director. Previously, Fisher served as President of eo Associates; vice president of global information technology at Applica (Black & Decker Household Products); CIO of First American Acceptance Corp.; and vice president and CIO of Long Distance International. And here’s a CIO feature story Fisher appeared in two years ago.

David Dibble will join electronic commerce and payments services provider First Data as CTO on October 1.  He will report directly to Charlie Fote, chairman and CEO of the Greenwood Village, Colo.-based company.  He most recently served as a managing director in JPMorgan Chase’s technology organization, where he was responsible for defining and implementing a global data center strategy as well as systems integration projects associated with acquisitions.  As CTO, Dibble will be responsible for all IT development activities, and his team will focus on identifying, creating and implementing technologies that drive customer solutions.  Guy Battista remains First Data’s CIO.
