Leo Apotheker: Wanted by Oracle, Found by Me

Where in the world is HP CEO Leo Apotheker? I think I've cracked the case.

As part of its lawsuit against SAP, Oracle has been dogged in attempting to serve a subpoena to former SAP CEO (and current HP CEO) Léo Apotheker and force him to testify at the trial.

HP has refused to accept service of Apotheker’s subpoena, and as the Oracle v. SAP trial rages on, Apotheker purportedly remains outside of the U.S. court’s jurisdiction.

Word on the street is that everyone from Dog “The Bounty Hunter” to Boba Fett has been activated by Oracle to track down Apotheker’s whereabouts. (Remember: Apotheker speaks five languages, so even James Bond might have a hard time locating him.)

Well, everyone can rest easy now, because I tracked him down. Look below to witness evidence that he’s hanging out with the famed Tiger Woods “Cigar Guy.” Who’d a thought!

To everyone at Oracle…YOU’RE WELCOME!

(Seriously, though, does anybody know where he is?)
