Duncan Logan knows. “It’s lonely and hard to keep up with the pace of change,” he says of his own experience as an entrepreneur. Logan knew there had to be a better way, so he founded RocketSpace, an innovation campus in San Francisco now serving 130 startups. “We provide the back end: Security, infrastructure, printing, faxing, tea and coffee,” says Logan, who is RocketSpace CEO. And the coffee! A bill of $10,000 per month covers coffee, which Logan says is an essential fuel for fostering interaction and innovation. High-fliers like Uber, Spotify. Leap Motion and Kabam are just a few that have launched from RocketSpace. They had the right people, the right culture – and the right location.
