NSA Snooping, PRISM Spotlight Need for Clarity on Data-Privacy Law

In light of recent news about NSA snooping and the PRISM program, CIO.com blogger Bill Snyder says because there is currently no clarity about the types of data the government can legally intercept, the Internet is facing a major crisis of confidence.
