The solution includes a mobile app, and is free for the basic solution. Premium options include analytics and upgraded levels of support; pricing for the premium options varies by job posting.

HootSuite is a social media monitoring tool designed to help recruiters and hiring managers monitor and control social media streams. The service allows you to manage your social media streams from Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+, and schedule message streams and blasts. The service also includes geo-targeting capabilities to reach audiences in specific locations. HootSuite offers an iOS and iPad app as well as an Android application. The idea is to keep candidates engaged, even if their skills and experience aren’t a fit for current job openings. The solution is currently available via invitation only, but interested parties can sign up for access at the company’s site.

WePow is a sourcing, talent-management and recruiting app that includes the capability to perform video interviewing of candidates. Talent X-ray is CareerCloud’s new mobile sourcing application.
