Hubbs rejoins the firm, where he had previously been Corporate Senior Vice President, IT and Chief Information Officer from 2010 until 2015. He brings more than 25 years of IT leadership and experience. He will lead the global IT enterprise, delivering technology and data security solutions company wide. He had previously been Vice President and Worldwide Head of Informatics for Pfizer. Hubbs holds a B.S. degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and an M.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Sharon Mandell appointed Senior Vice President and CIO for Juniper Networks

Mandell brings more than 26 years of experience to the role, where she will execute on global IT strategy. She joins the organization from TIBCO Software where she had been CIO. She had previously been with StrataFusion and Harmonic. Mandell holds a BA in Computer Science from Temple University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Cornerstone Building Brands announces Ram Manukonda as CIO

Manukonda brings more than 20 years of global IT leadership to the role. He joins the company from Evoqua Water Technologies, where he was Vice President and CIO. Prior to that, he was with CONTECH Engineered Solutions for many years, most recently as Vice President and CIO. Manukonda holds an undergraduate degree from RVR College of Engineering as well as an MS in electrical engineering from University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

Rhonda Vetere, executive vice president and CIO, Herbalife Herbalife

Vetere joins the organization with a deep background of more than 25 years of IT leadership. In her new role, she is responsible for running the global IT organization, including front- and back-end technology, infrastructure, working with distributors and internal clients to create a vast digital experience, in addition to all aspects of the company’s IT strategy and implementation. Previous roles include chief information & technology officer with Estee Lauder Companies and senior vice president, managing director global technology & infrastructure for AIG. Vetere holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University.

Bayer names Bijoy Sagar as chief information technology & digital transformation officer

Bijoy Sagar, chief information technology & digital transformation officer, Bayer Bayer

Sagar, formerly chief digital technology officer for Stryker for more than five years, has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and chemical industries. Prior roles include IT leadership positions with Merck, Takeda Oncology, and Amgen. Sagar studied science at the University of Mumbai as well as at Northeastern University.

Edward Aractingi named CIO for William & Mary

Aractingi was previously CIO for Marshall University, where he had been for 15 years. In his new role, he will lead information technology for the university. Aractingi holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Damascus University, a Master of Science in information systems from Marshall University, and a Ph.D. in information technology from Capella University.

TravelCenters of America appoints Sandy Rapp as CIO and senior vice president of IT

Rapp brings more than 30 years of experience as she joins the company from the Timken Co., where she was CIO. She had previously been CIO for OEConnection. Rapp holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Akron.

Kris Rao named Chief information and digital officer with HNI Corporation

Rao will spearhead enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy, while taking advantage of opportunities to innovate digital business models within the company. He joins the organization from Ricoh, where he had been vice president of information technology/CIO. Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master of Science degree in software and data engineering from Mississippi State University.

Maryjo Zaborowski appointed senior vice president & CIO with Parexel

Zaborowski joins the company from the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where she had been vice president, R&D CIO. Prior to that, she was vice president, global head R&D information services for Merck Group. Zaborowski attended the University of California, Berkeley.

American Electric Power names Therace Risch as Senior Vice President and CIO

Risch will oversee all technology initiatives – including innovation, IT, digital, and telecommunications – for the organization. She joins the company from J.C. Penney, where she was executive vice president, chief information & digital officer. Prior to that, Risch was executive vice president & CIO with COUNTRY Financial. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and mathematics from Ripon College.

Ashish Parmar named as CIO for Tapestry

Parmar was promoted from senior vice president, global head of enterprise solutions to CIO, where he is responsible for the company’s global technology. Previously, he was vice president, global supply Chain solutions, software engineering, and enterprise architecture with Coach, where he had been for several years.

Parmar holds a BS degree in business logistics from Penn State University and an MS degree in management, information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Steve Palmucci joins Covetrus as Global CIO

Palmucci comes to the organization from Rentokil North America, where he was CIO. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and CIO with TiVo. In his new role, he leads the company’s global information technology operations. He has a deep track record of helping insurance, pharmaceutical, media, entertainment and technology companies meet evolving business and customer demands in the digital age. Palmucci has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Catholic University of America and holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business.

Walters, previously President and CEO of Toyota Financial Savings Bank, was promoted to her new role with Toyota North America, where she will be responsible for the company’s information systems, solutions and technology. Shrivastava holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, as well as an MBA from Emory University.

Rosa, previously Chief Audit Executive for The Mohegan Tribe/Mohegan Sun, will now oversee IT strategy and vision for all Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment properties. This includes networks, security, IT operations and support, infrastructure, architecture, and application development. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Stonehill College, and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Aspen Technology appoints Adriana Karaboutis to Board

Karaboutis oversees digital strategy, information systems and services, and digital and overall security for National Grid, where she is presently Group CIO and Chief Digital Officer. Previously, she was Executive Vice President Technology, Business Solutions & Corporate Affairs with Biogen. Karaboutis hold both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University.

Victor Fetter named CIO with Fortive

Fetter oversees all aspects of technology for the company, including digital capabilities. He was previously, Chief Digital Officer for Vertiv and CIO for LPL Financial. Fetter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Spring Hill College.

Manan Mohale appointed CIO for Pendrick Capital Partners

Mohale joins the organization from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where he was Senior Director, Systems Development and Architecture, Federal Programs. Mohale has a B.S. degree from Saurashtra University, a Masters’ degree in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport, and an MBA from The John Hopkins University – Carey Business School.

Most recently, Polit had been CIO for Procter & Gamble. In his new role, he will have ownership of the company’s global IT, including enterprise-wide digital transformation. Prior to P&G, Polit was Group CIO for the Bottling Investments Group and Coca-Cola North America within The Coca-Cola Company.

Polit holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration management from the University of Miami and an MBA from Purdue University. He also holds a Master’s degrees in international management from the Budapest University of Economics and Science, a Master’s degree in international business administration from Tilburg University, and a Master’s degree in information systems from Barry University.

Douglas Benalan named CIO for Cure Insurance/NJ Pure/Silver Rock Risk Solutions

Benalan brings more than 20 years of IT leadership and digital transformation from various insurance and financial industries like UBS, Chubb and NJM Insurance. He will spearhead technology modernization and driving efficiencies for the organization. Benalan holds a Master of Science in Software systems from Birla Institute of Technology. 

Sebastien Lehnherr named CIO for Schlumberger

Lehnherr joins the organization from Speedcast, where he had been COO. Prior to that, he had been with Schlumberger for many years, most recently as Vice President Cyber Security / Chief Information Security Officer. Lehnherr has a degree in Computer Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Marseille.

CUBE 3 architects appoints Tony Fiorillo as CIO
